1. KitLocker EPL's Return Policy

At KitLocker EPL, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. We want you to feel secure when ordering from us; therefore, you may return your products to us within 30 days of the order date, no matter where you are in the world. The only stipulations are that the products must be returned with all manufacturers’ labels and tags intact and in the manufacturers’ original packaging. Following these instructions means we can, of course, exchange the item for you or provide a full refund for your purchase. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a 10% deduction from any refund processed for the return. If you require an exchange, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. The only exception to this is if we made an error with your order when it was initially dispatched. 2. Are There Any Exceptions to the Above Policy?

Personalized jerseys cannot be returned.

The term "personalized jerseys" applies to both jerseys printed with pre-selected player names, numbers, or patches, as well as jerseys printed with custom names/numbers entered into a print field.

Jerseys printed with custom names, numbers, or patches are non-returnable under any circumstances.

Returns for jerseys printed with pre-selected player names/numbers are accepted at the discretion of management. In such cases, please contact customer service at [email protected] for further information before initiating a return.

If a personalized jersey return is accepted, the following policy applies: If an exchange for another jersey is required, a re-printing fee may apply in addition to the return shipping cost for the new jersey. If a refund is requested, the jersey cost minus the initial printing cost will be refunded.

3. How Do I Return an Item?

Please ensure that for clothing products, all tags are intact, and the product is accompanied by the correct manufacturer's packaging. Also, please include a small note to let us know if you require a refund or an exchange.

If your product is faulty, it must be returned to us with all inner and outer packaging and tags within 5 working days. For customers outside the UK, please ensure any faulty product is returned within 10 working days.

Customers from outside the European Economic Community, when sending an order back, must declare the parcel as a 'UK Return' on the green customs export label provided at the post office. If not declared on the export label, customs will charge duty on the parcel, and it will be refused and returned to the sender.
